WALKING THROUGH LOUSA VALLEYS

Take part in a newly proposed one-day walk through the beautiful region of Lousa with the extremely popular Go-Outdoor company.

Located at the base of Serra de Lousa, the Coentral still retains a status as an area of natural heritage, where the balance between man and nature has created a fascinating landscape. Walk with us through ancient paths that cross streams, through valleys filled with chestnut trees and led by the natural route of streams and rivers.
It is also a fantastic opportunity to descover the old traditions, customs and traditional housing of the people of this village. We include a visit to the Museum "The House of Neveiro" on the trip.
At the end of the tour you will be able to enjoy a picnic that we will prepare with regional products and that always gets a very warm welcome!

- 9:30 - Reception of participants in the Largo do Coentral
- 10:00 - Start of journey
- 13:00 - Lunch at Coentral
To enjoy the most of every moment please make sure you are fully prepared. Bring clothes and comfortable shoes, come prepared for the sun or the rain and do not forget the camera!
